Hi all, here are some details on the main result from my effort on the Great Conjunction.
I collected the data on 20 Dec 20 - the day before the closest approach, as 21 Dec had forecast for possible clouds.

Settings 8x1/25s, ISO100, Registax6, CS4 (cropped)
As an astro-imager, this is an honor beyond any other publication (internet or hard print) in the world.
The writers of the book series reached out to me and asked to use my Sadr image in the 8th (and final) volume of their book!!!! I couldn't believe it - and at first thought the book I received in the mail last week was a Christmas gift from a friend ... until I read the enclosed note. It was a complimentary copy!!!
I am still stunned. What a beautiful end to 2020!!!

Hi all, here is my latest result from my "new backyard." This image is LRGB. The Moon was 65% illuminated when I collected the data here (!) Even with that much light, it still blew away any of my previous attempts. I love my new backyard.
Hi all, finally getting around to posting my final version of M81/M82 ... and the IFN!
I was able to finally get out again since then (April), and was out just a few days ago. I will post those results at a later time :)
