M51 - Whirlpool Galaxy (from Las Cruces)

Hi all!
Here is my image of M51 - Whirlpool Galaxy in all of its glory.

There's a lot going on between these two galaxies... a dance that is 30 million light years away from us.
From my backyard here in Las Cruces.

Preview of M51 - Whirlpool Galaxy

On the same night as the Black Eye galaxy, I also captured this.

I was in no hurry to process as the conditions that night deteriorated (mediocre seeing conditions), and so data wasn't great. However, here it is ... for now, do not yet have the RGB (color) data added, but you can take a look at what I have...
